Walking Meditation and Qi Gong

We walk slowly, with care and presence, noticing what was previously unnoticed, all around us and inside of our bodies. Our minds relax into peaceful concentration and the simple task as hand- being in touch with our steps. As we approach various power-centers in nature, we release and cultivate the qi (life-force energy) to restore our health and balance.
